Sharon has a history of working in care for over 30 years, having managed Merrie Loots Farm (one of our homes) for 24 years of those. With a background of mental health nursing, she has studied dementia care with Bradford University and keeps all skills updated through ongoing training in all aspects of care delivery . Sharon has now joined the home care team as Care Coordinator. Sharon has great experience and knowledge in care home management and assists all the homes in the company when required so there is a consistent strength throughout all of our homes.

The task force's early efforts had three lasting results: the formation of Nightingale caregiver center; the genesis of community social caregiver groups; and the beginnings of an evolutional movement to change the ideology of long-term health care and caregivers intended for the ill and elderly in our country.
