Julie started her care career in Nightingale House as a care assistant and quickly showed natural leaderships skills by leading by example. Julie is very passionate in her approach to care and will always make sure a need is met. Julie also has wonderful support from her family who volunteer their time to help the home and our residents which just shows the type of person we are so blessed and grateful to have.

The task force's early efforts had three lasting results: the formation of Nightingale caregiver center; the genesis of community social caregiver groups; and the beginnings of an evolutional movement to change the ideology of long-term health care and caregivers intended for the ill and elderly in our country.
